Reduce crime - Hire more police officers, Compete more effectively for experienced officers, Focus city resources on areas of high criminal activity
Reduce flooding
Protect citizens
Improve interoperability

Public Health
Reduce air pollution
Address health issues and neighborhood nuisances - West Nile, TB and other communicable diseases, illegal dumping
Parks and green space expansion and improvement

Smart Government
Intelligent and efficient use of tax dollars
Improve infrastructure and transit systems
Improve city systems and resident services
